1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
Customers may request a return or refund of hardware within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in unused, “like-new” condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
2. Return Authorization
To initiate a return, contact info@payflexterminal.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
3. Shipping Costs
Defective or incorrect items: We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind: You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
4. Restocking Fee
For returns due to change of mind, a 20% restocking fee of the original purchase price applies.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Used, installed, or damaged devices.
- Customized hardware or software-only purchases.
- Missing original packaging or components.
- Returned after 30 days from delivery.
6. Refund Processing
Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs and restocking fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If the item arrives defective or incorrect, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund (including shipping) if you report the issue within 30 days of delivery.
8. Partial or Denied Refunds
Refunds may be reduced or denied if:
- The device is damaged beyond normal inspection.
- Original packaging, accessories, or documentation are missing.
9. Cancellations Before Shipping
Orders may be canceled without penalty prior to shipping. After shipment, the standard return policy applies.
